mgpartnership was established in 1988. Martin Munnery and Christopher Gaines drew together a wealth of experience gained in a whole range of design activities from commercial, industrial, research, pharmaceutical, education and power for public and private sector clients.
Our clients receive a high quality engineering service covering all aspects of mechanical and electrical design, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water, electrical and fire protection systems.
Our success over the past two decades has resulted from forging robust relationships with our clients, sharing their vision for quality solutions, and the partners’ philosophy of personally managing every project that is undertaken from the preliminary stages of the design brief through to the final stages and commissioning.
This philosophy has meant that the partnership has focused on being the best in its field, gradually increasing the size and number of projects undertaken, reflecting an increasing skill base within the practice combined with the latest design technology to provide the most practical, cost effective solutions to clients’ business needs.
At the mgpartnership we believe that our most important asset is our staff. In pursuit of excellence the partnership provides continuous development opportunities for all staff, with sponsorship training from the beginning of their careers through to and beyond professional status, combined with on the job training to maximise their potential and meet the challenges of tomorrow.
The key to our success is our reputation within the building industry. Customer satisfaction has resulted in recommendation and repeat business for nearly 20 years. Our high standards are achieved through a cycle of continuous evaluation and improvement so our clients are confident in the quality of our management, design and seamless delivery of service.
